Returns & Exchanges
At TAKA Jewellery, we strive for excellence in every piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and clear photos of the item and its original packaging to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original TAKA box and include all authenticity certificates and receipts to ensure a smooth processing of your return.
- 3.Shipping and Drop-off
Send the package via a trackable courier service to our central warehouse or visit any of our retail boutiques for an in-person exchange evaluation.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
